Order the half-hourly (HH) electricity data for a commercial site. The account holder authorises the release, then we retrieve the data and return it as a clean CSV.
Half-hourly data records a site's electricity use in 48 readings a day, one for every half-hour. It is the real basis for assessing energy costs, sizing a solar or battery system, modelling savings, and benchmarking a portfolio. For settled half-hourly meters the data is held centrally against the MPAN; for smart meters it can be obtained with the account holder's consent.
| Half-hourly (HH) data | A standard meter read | |
|---|---|---|
| Detail | 48 readings every day | One figure per period |
| Shows when power is used | Yes, across the full day | No |
| Good enough to size solar & battery | Yes | No, only rough estimates |
| Models self-consumption & savings | Yes | No |
No account with the supplier, no waiting on hold. Order the data you need against the MPAN.
Profile a client's site before advising on supply, tariffs or on-site generation.
Size a system and model savings on real consumption, not estimates.
Benchmark electricity use consistently across a portfolio of sites.
Order your own data directly, with no back-and-forth with your supplier.
Enter the MPAN and the account holder's details. We validate the MPAN as you type.
We email them a one-click authorisation. Nothing is retrieved until they confirm.
We return the half-hourly data as a clean CSV, by email.
A single meter is £39 + VAT. Ordering several meters for one account holder reduces the price per meter, with one authorisation and one payment. Paste a list of MPANs to order in bulk.
No data, no charge. If a meter is not half-hourly settled, or the data cannot be retrieved, you are not charged for it.
Every order is confirmed directly by the account holder before any data is retrieved, so the authorisation is genuine and on record.
The Meter Point Administration Number is the 13-digit reference that identifies an electricity supply point. It is printed on the bill, usually in a grid marked "Supply Number".
Half-hourly data gives 48 readings a day, showing exactly when electricity is used. Non-half-hourly data is typically a single periodic read. Half-hourly data is what you need to model costs, solar self-consumption and battery sizing accurately.
By email, as a CSV, once the account holder has authorised the release.
Yes. You can add several MPANs, or paste a list, for a single account holder. The price per meter reduces with volume, and there is one authorisation and one payment.
If we cannot retrieve half-hourly data for a meter, you are not charged for it.
Yes. We email the account holder a one-click authorisation and retrieve nothing until they confirm.
Enter a meter, the account holder authorises the release, and you get a clean CSV. From £39 + VAT, and no data means no charge.
